Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at refunds@pureenergycrystals.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and let us know the reason for your return or exchange.

  3. Our team will issue a return authorization number (RA#) along with detailed instructions.

  4. Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  5. Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.

  6. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. (Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.)

Processing Your Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and if it meets our return policy criteria, a store credit will be added to your account within 3 business days.

Exceptions to the Return Policy
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged. Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are also not eligible for return or exchange.
