Return & Exchange Window |
Customers can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving their order. |
Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange |
- Contact customer support at refunds@pureenergycrystals.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Customer support will send you a return authorization number (RA#) and further instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
- Write the RA# on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund/Exchange Processing |
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days if the item meets the return policy criteria. |
Exceptions to the Return Policy |
Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are also ineligible for return or exchange. |
