Return & Exchange Process

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving it. We believe in the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at refunds@pureenergycrystals.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and further instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were included with the original shipment.
  4. Clearly write the return authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item meets our return policy criteria, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Additionally, any items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
