At PURE ENERGY CRYSTALS, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and promptly. Please review the information below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

 

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During high-volume periods (such as sales events or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

 

2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

European Union
• Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

United Kingdom
• Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Canada & Australia
• Standard International Shipping: 10–21 business days

All Other Countries
• Standard International Shipping: 14–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

 

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Any applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation email.

 

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

EU RESIDENTS — Please be aware that under EU customs regulations, orders valued above a certain threshold may be subject to VAT and import duties upon entry. PURE ENERGY CRYSTALS complies with all applicable regulations regarding the declaration of goods.


6. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. PURE ENERGY CRYSTALS is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at shipping@pureenergycrystals.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

We recommend retaining all original packaging and documentation in the event that a claim needs to be filed with the carrier.
