Refund policy
At PURE ENERGY CRYSTALS, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to making every experience with us as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
EU CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at refunds@pureenergycrystals.com.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, EU customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. We want you to be completely satisfied with every crystal you choose.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Contact our support team at refunds@pureenergycrystals.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
2. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with step-by-step instructions.
3. Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
All returned items are inspected within 5 business days of receipt. Once inspection is complete:
• EU customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
• US customers and all other countries will receive store credit applied to their account within 3 business days of inspection, for a maximum total processing time of 8 business days from delivery of your return.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or arrive damaged.
• Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
